📰Publish Newsletters

Announce the latest updates, run campaigns, highlight members and share knowledge with your community members using the newsletter builder!

Where to find Newsletters?

  • Go to the Newsletters Tab on your community admin dashboard

  • Click Create Newsletter

  • Newsletter Builder will appear on the screen, it will have five fields viz.

    • Title -> To publish on the web

    • Brief Description -> To help better search engine ranking and discoverability

    • Email Subject -> This will be used as the subject line when you choose to email the newsletter

    • Banner Image (optional) -> You can add a banner image to beautify your newsletter

    • Content -> This is the Drag and Drop builder, you can also paste html code into it directly.

An attractive banner may increase the web click-through rate of the Newsletter 👀🙌!!

Email subjects need to be smartly created so that the newsletter email doesn't land into spam and also gets higher open rates. Beware of using clickbaits as it increases unsubscribers.

  • You Save & Publish immediately, or Save as Draft if you are still editing and You can Save & Send Test Emails to any email ids.

Before hitting that Publish button, you are advised to use the Send Testing Emails to your team to check the newsletter.

Schedule Newsletter Emails

Send your latest published newsletter by email at a later point of time by scheduling it.

  1. Go to list of newsletters. Click the Set Email Schedule button

  1. It will open a popup asking you to add a date and time when you need the emails to be sent.

Emails will be delivered on schedule!
