QR codes and Scanning to Mark Attendance

QR Code scanner is built into Commudle for the entry passes which you send to your confirmed attendees & speakers

  1. Send Entry Passes to all the confirmed users. They will receive an email with a QR code which looks like this

  2. On your event admin dashboard, there is a button on the left hand side menu called 'Scan Entry Pass'. Only Organizers and Event Volunteers can access this.

  3. Open this link or share with volunteers. This page is mobile friendly and in case the scanner isn't working for your camera, you can also type in the code.

For online events you just need to send the entry passes, no need to scan them, attendance gets automatically marked.
