# How to create a registration form for my event

Creating registration forms has never been easier.&#x20;

1. Go to **Event Dashboard > Registrations**&#x20;
2. Click **Attendee**
3. Fill the details including name of the form and select the relevant user profile fields
   1. Select an existing form and edit it's questions or create a new one

#### Send the form to all members&#x20;

You can change the subject and also add an additional message to the email.

Once registered people receive an email like this for the confirmation of registration to the event.
