# How to send the registration or call for speaker form to all community members for my event

You can send a pre-formatted email from your event dashboard with the link to register to all your community members

1. Go to **Event Dashboard > Registrations**
2. Click **Send by Email**&#x20;
3. Add any additional message to the email, this will be a preformatted email with pre-filled information from the event description.
4. Click **Send**

You can change the subject to make it more attractive to the members to open the email. The reply-to email and the sender name will be your community's email and name mentioned in the community details.
