Join Stage as a Speaker

Steps to join a live event as a speaker on the stage

Just 2 steps for all of it!

STEP 1: Join Session: When you join as a viewer you will see the session already going on with the current speaker or the community organizer speaking or presenting.

: Click Join Session

: You will join as a viewer first

STEP 2: Receive Invitation To Join Stage: Now when your slot appears, someone from the organizing team will send a request to you to join the stage. You will see a popup on your screen to setup your camera and mic. Here are the screenshots to help you.

: Now you're on the stage, everyone can see you!

HELP:

Once your session is completed, you will be removed from the stage by the organizer who has admin controls and you will become a viewer again.
