A lot of times you need to do a survey in your community which is not limited to any event or channel or forum. Using this feature you can create a survey and attach a new form or any existing form from the list of forms. A public link is generated which you can share for your members or other people to fill.

You can:

1. Edit the form

2. Open / Close the survey

3. Accept multiple responses
